Convergys® POC RT-PCR Zika virus/Dengue virus/Chikungunya virus Detection Kit
for use with the Convergys® POC RT-PCR Nucleic Acid Detection System
This kit is used for the qualitative in vitro detection of nucleic acid sequences of Dengue virus (DENV), Zika virus (ZIKV) and Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) in human serum samples.
Zika virus, Dengue virus and Chikungunya virus share several properties: they are transmitted by mosquitos, they manifest similar clinical symptoms and share epidemic regions. Hence, the clinical diagnosis can be challenging.
The Convergys® POC RT-PCR Zika virus/Dengue virus/Chikungunya virus Detection Kit can discriminate these three viruses for immediate differential diagnosis and timely initiation of appropriate patient treatment.
